Because of the current ongoing conflicts in Northern Mexico a protection policy is in effect which applies to all the passengers who have purchased tickets plated on 139 which include AM codeshare, issued on or before January 05, 2023

1. Affected travel dates are January 5 to 7, 2023.
2. Issuing tickets is allowed till January 10, 2023.
3. The rescheduled trips must start before January 10, 2023.
4. There are no charges for the change of date or fare difference if the route is the same and the branded fare is maintained.
5. Ticket issuing fees will be waived.
6. Changing of routes is permitted for free. If there is any difference in the fare between the old route and the new one, then it will have to be paid while making the changes.
7. If a rescheduled trip happens after the permitted travel period, then change fee will be waived within the validity of this policy. However, a difference in the fare might still be applicable which must be paid at the time of rebooking.

Aeromexico has made 2023 an exciting year for flyers by announcing that it will be offering nonstop service to Italy from March, 2023. This is a part of its plans to operate its largest ever schedule between Mexico and Europe.

Aeromexico will be starting flights from Mexico City Juarez to Rome Fiumicino and will also increase its frequencies to Madrid. Furthermore, the airline is planning to resume its service to Tokyo Narita.

This planned route of Mexico City to Rome has been scheduled to launch on 25th March, 2023. Initially, it will operate thrice in a week using Boeing 787-8 aircraft. From June 1, 2023 onwards, these frequencies will increase.
