What else is there to say about this awful airline? Due to Delta Airlines cancellation of my flight three hours before takeoff, I was left stranded and forced to find a hotel to stay at while my children at home were left alone. They haven't tried to make up for it, and after waiting for almost five hours, I was disconnected. The amount of compensation offered by customer support via SMS has been exaggerated. I will never trust them to fly with me again due to their terrible Delta cancellation policy.

We were returning home from a vacation in Hawaii, but my youngest daughter developed a terrible fever on the day of our departure. We didn't know what to do, so we considered cancelling our flight reservation. We called their customer service department and were told that we could cancel our tickets and rebook on a later date without having to go to the airport. We provided all of the necessary information, as well as the explanation for the cancellation. They were really supportive of our cause and assisted us in any way they could. It caused us some inconvenience, but in the end, we were able to return home safely and in good health. It's no surprise that Delta Airlines has the best cancellation policy in the United States. To avoid causing any confusion, I recommend that you always give adequate paperwork and a reason for your cancellation.

When Delta emailed me to suggest that I consider changing my flight to avoid the July 4th weekend, I did so. Due to the numerous reports of Delta airlines cancel flight, I changed my travel to a day earlier and afterwards discovered that I had been given better seats. The experience of travelling with Delta was wonderful. I have no idea why there are so many negative reviews about Delta's customer service; all I know is that it is currently one of the top airlines. Greetings from Delta.

They saved us from being trapped in Atlanta for the night by providing meal coupons and motel rooms. They stated that it was due to weather circumstances and not their responsibility, but they still want to assist you. That was the extent of their charity. We had a good tailwind the entire way to Atlanta, which aided us in getting to our goal on time. One advantage of Delta flight cancellation is that you will only be on hold for a minimum of half an hour when contacting customer support, so they don't waste your time. They make an effort to assist, but patience is required. All airlines have good flight experiences and the greatest customer service. Employees are also the happiest.

I'd give them more than five stars if I could. Something must be done about this fantastic and excellent airline. They always take care of your money, even if your flight is cancelled, and they have made it practically impossible to reach a human being on the phone without having to wait hours. It's inspiring to see what an airline can accomplish and what they do to ensure that their passengers are not inconvenienced. We were able to preserve our family holiday from being wrecked by inclement weather thanks to Delta cancel flight policy. Our family trip was cancelled due to inclement weather, however Delta informed us of this. We had to cancel the days of our trip due to terrible weather, but Delta Airlines was able to rebook our flight for a very low charge. It was a fantastic experience.

I'm from New York, and Delta has always been a terrific airline to fly with in the past. They were my go-to carrier. However, I would avoid flying Delta at all costs right now. I scheduled a direct ticket from New York to Chicago months in advance. They cancel Delta flight ticket three days ago and rebooked me on a one-stop flight the next day without giving me any notice. I called for help and had to wait three hours to speak with someone. Without being able to speak to anyone, the phone conversation was eventually terminated. This caused me to book a new ticket with a different airline in order to arrive in Chicago on time. I've been trying to contact Delta for a refund for my unused ticket for the past few days. I've been on the phone for another hour and a half and have yet to be connected. I've also experimented with their messaging service. After two hours of waiting, I received a text message. The representative waited five minutes to respond to each text I sent. She'd pose a query. I'd respond right away, and she'd wait another five minutes before responding. She eventually told me I'd have to go via a booking agent. I was rerouted and had to wait another two hours, during which time the ticketing agent never logged on. I'm back online today, trying again. I'm beyond frustrated, and I strongly advise you to avoid Delta Airlines at all means right now. They are now experiencing serious operating difficulties.

I was flying with Delta Airlines from New York to Mumbai, stopping in Dubai, after reaching the Dubai airport I came to know that my flight got cancelled without any prior intimation. I asked the airport staff about the flight and confirmed it. I called the customer support and asked them to arrange a flight for me to Mumbai, after checking the available flights they managed a ticket for me and asked me to wait for 4 hours to take the next flight. Even though they made me wait, they arranged a flight. I felt very happy and reached Mumbai safely.

I booked a flight with Delta Airways and the next day I met with an accident with minor injuries, so I cancelled my ticket. I was not sure whether I would get a full refund, but luckily I got my money back without any charges, it is because of Delta Airlines 24 hour cancellation Policy. In the policy, it is mentioned that if any passenger cancels tickets within 24 hours of the original booking time they will get a full refund. As per the policy I got my money back. Thanks to Delta Airlines.

I had to leave the USA as soon as possible because of the increasing COVID-19 cases, so I booked one for me with Delta airlines. Next day I read in the news about Delta flights cancellation, because of the pandemic situation. So I cancelled my ticket immediately and got my money back very easily. Thanks to Delta Airways.

Delta flight cancellation policy is awesome. They changed their policy during this covid situation to help customers. I booked a ticket with no refund policy, but I decided to cancel my ticket because of my personal problems. The company gave the option to rebook tickets within a year from the original ticket date.

I am impressed with the customer support; I recently called the customer support to cancel my ticket because of this pandemic situation, the executive responded gently and cancelled my ticket and waived off the handling charges as it was mentioned in the delta refund policy.

I was flying with Delta airlines and it was a connecting flight. Delta airlines cancelled the flight due to some technical issues. All the passengers were brought to the resort for the night, free of cost. They had taken care of us by providing all the facilities. I was impressed with Delta airlines.

My wife and I flew out on a cold windy day to celebrate our retirement and anniversary. We had a wonderful trip with delta airlines, friendly staff and cabin crew on the flight. No delays and cancellations. Our luggage came to us at the end of the day. Everything went smooth, tasty food, comfortable seats and extra plans to fly again. Love Delta Airlines!
